About Us
At Friends of JAS, we are passionate about supporting and caring for animals. We are a group of people with diverse backgrounds, but a shared love of animals. Many of us volunteer at Joint Animal Services or have adopted pets into our own families. We donate our time to Friends of JAS to raise awareness and funds to support the critical services provided by Joint Animal Services. We believe in creating a compassionate community where every animal has a chance at a happy, healthy life. Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors has a decade of combined volunteer experience at Joint Animal Services, helping in all areas of the shelter. This ongoing experience provides first-hand visibility into the amazing work being done every day by the caring and compassionate staff. It also provides the opportunity to learn about areas in which Friends of JAS can help.
